Limited Reopening Information

Total Escape Games, in accordance with recommendations from the Governor of Colorado, and under the guidance of all CDC recommendations, will reopen for limited operations on 9 MAY.

Hours Effective beginning 9 MAY until further notice, Total Escape Games will be open from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM seven days a week.

Contactless Shopping Options During this crisis Total Escape Games has built and begun operating an online store for the first time in our 11 year history. This webstore does not integrate with our in-store point of sale and inventory systems, so most products will be shut off at 9:00 AM on 9 MAY. To continue contactless shopping you can call the store, receive a personalized shopping experience with a member of our staff, and then pay for your order over the phone. We will then deliver to the trunk of your car if you’re prefer not to head into the store.

Gaming Space Our gaming space will remain CLOSED during this time. No in-store gaming will be allowed.

In-Store Shopping Restrictions Masks/facial coverings will be REQUIRED of both staff and ALL customers at ALL times.

In-store capacity will be limited to a total number of 12 people (COUNTING STAFF) so during most times a maximum of ten customers will be allowed in the store. This may mean lines outside the store, which are regrettable, but also necessary for the safety of staff and customers.

Magic: the Gathering singles will NOT be available for browsing until further notice. Studies show this novel coronavirus can linger on cardboard surfaces for extended periods of time, so preventing this potential cross-contamination is of the utmost importance. Staff is happy to check inventory on these products for you while preventing each customer from having to handle single cards or display binders.

Reformed Shopping Spaces Long-time customers will recognize a completely redesigned shopping space, with wider aisles, one way entry and exit doors, shopping spaces in what used to be game spaces. We ask that you use these redesigned spaces to recognize and practice the social distancing measures being recommended by the Centers for Disease Control, and we ask that you please respect signs throughout the store on the flow of traffic and distancing at the counters.

We look forward to seeing you again, and providing the safest and most pleasant shopping experience we can under these difficult circumstances.
