We are, as is most of the world, in the midst of a COVID-19 closure. During this time we have received numerous phone calls asking about our ability to provide some services to customers, and have reached the following conclusion. Total Escape Games has never been a webstore. In eleven years as members of the Denver-area gaming community we have prided ourselves on customer service, and the ability of our staff to help you find the next game you'll love, or to help you grow in the pursuit of your hobby. All of that is more difficult online, and honestly it makes us sad, because we love spending time in the store with each with you, we love the process that goes into finding the next thing you will love. Yet, a change in circumstances requires a change in reality, so here comes that change. On the main page, and on this page, you will now find a "Shop" button. When you check out on that page you will only have ONE option - In-store Pickup. We will only be offering this pick-up during limited times. In-Store Pickup times are: 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Wednesday 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturdays All pickups will be NO-CONTACT, and made from outside the store. When you arrive at the store you'll call us, give us your name and order number, and a masked and gloved employee will deliver your bag of products to the trunk of your car. For your safety and ours we ask that you not exit your vehicle, and we will not allow anyone into the store. At this time there are approximately 1,500 items in the webstore, representing about 25% of our total inventory (not counting Magic singles). It turns out that building a webstore is a huge undertaking, so we've begun with our best-selling board games and the most popular things in our RPG and miniature hobby departments. If you're looking for something that isn't in the webstore, please use the Contact Us form located on the About Us page and we'll see if we have it available and we'll get it added to the webstore for you. As long as this continues we will continue to add items to the webstore (and we'll keep adding photos to the existing products, slowly, because it was a huge undertaking).
